Mandy Kaur-Sadler

Mandy provides professional trustee services; sitting on our Sole Trustee Oversight Board, as well as leading our service line for large schemes of £1 billion+.

Mandy joined us in 2020, where she works on a diverse portfolio of schemes across different funding levels, covenant strengths and scheme maturity. In her role, she leads on all trusteeship scheme aspects including actuarial, investment, covenant, administration and legal. Currently looking after eight schemes, Mandy’s portfolio includes a £1.2 billion scheme within the outsourcing sector, a £6 billion pension fund that she provides governance support to, two hybrid schemes (defined benefit and defined contribution) and three schemes open to accrual.

Beginning her pensions career as a Lawyer, Mandy spent the majority of her time at Eversheds Sutherland advising on both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes. She advised trustees and sponsors on a wide range of pension matters including risk transfer, funding/investment issues, strategic projects (e.g. liability management exercises, scheme mergers, benefit re-design) and managing overall governance and compliance.

During her legal career at Eversheds Sutherland, Mandy also undertook a trustee role within the firm’s own trustee company, Bridge Trustees Limited.

Away from work, Mandy is a keen runner and Pilates fan; but her real passion is travelling, having been around the world in 240 days! With a little less trekking in recent years, life is kept just as busy with her two energetic daughters.
