Farid Nachif

Farid has built his career in pensions across automatic enrolment, pension administration and scheme governance. He began his career at The Pensions Regulator, supporting employers with their automatic enrolment duties, before moving into pension administration, where he worked with employers, members and providers on enrolment, pension calculations and day-to-day scheme support.

More recently, Farid has focused on pension scheme governance and trustee support, with a focus on scheme management, compliance and project delivery, alongside broader governance work including Governance Advisory Arrangement work and regulatory oversight.

Outside of work, Farid enjoys staying active through the gym, football and other sports and also likes getting outdoors, whether that’s hiking or exploring new places.
