Kevin Dolan

Kevin acts as both Chair and part of trustee boards on various pension schemes.

Background

Joining us in January 2019, Kevin has since worked on schemes of different sizes within numerous business sectors. His primary emphasis has been on dealing with distressed and restructuring cases, but he has also undertaken significant levels of transactional and covenant related work. He acts as chair on a number of schemes and is on the trustee boards of others. His strengths centre around pragmatism, commercial awareness and excellent communication.

Kevin originally worked for Nat West Bank and more recently a large corporate advisory and restructuring group, advising businesses on transactions, restructuring, insolvency, and risk management. He then moved to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) where he worked for 12 years in its restructuring & insolvency team. This role involved complex negotiations with numerous employers, some of which were household names, across a number of sectors, and working with trustees of schemes of varying sizes as well as having regular interaction with The Pensions Regulator, with whom he continues to enjoy an excellent relationship.

Away from work, Kevin is a self-confessed sports enthusiastic; holding both a season ticket for his beloved West Ham (whom he’s followed for nearly 60 years), whilst also enjoying playing regular league cricket in the summer, as an opening batsmen and wicket keeper. Reading, travelling and general family activities, take up most of the rest of his spare time!
