Prior to Vidett, Ed spent over a decade working for Intertek Group, a UK listed Plc. Here, Ed performed a variety of senior risk and compliance roles, focusing on corporate governance and operational excellence.

As a professional conduct specialist, Ed has led investigation teams and managed complex and contentious cases. Ed is also a qualified data protection practitioner, has developed related policies, and has handled a range of subject access and freedom of information requests.

Away from work, Ed can be found supporting his children’s various sporting ambitions, walking Woody the greyhound, and when occasion permits playing cricket and golf, or escaping on his bike.
