Kirsty joined us in 2011. Her responsibilities include delivering full secretarial services to her clients and mentoring junior members of the team.

Kirsty began her pensions career in 1990 with Provident Life (Winterthur Life) where she worked on a variety of occupational and individual pension schemes. She has also held administration positions in third party and in house environments, including with Hartshead Solway and Aon.

More recently, Kirsty worked as a pensions specialist at QinetiQ – a public private partnership outsourced from the civil service. Working there from 2016, she supported the pensions manager and trustee board with the day-to-day running of the scheme. Her duties included organising trustee training, maintaining internal processes, liaising with the HR team during sales and acquisitions and setting up a new GPP.

Outside of work, Kirsty has been a guide leader for over 35 years, as well as enjoying winter holidays, skiing and yoga!
