Davinder joined us in 2022 and she has since worked with sponsors, advisors, and industry professionals on many small schemes, helping Scheme projects secure wind-ups and member benefits with insurers. Her skills in administration, trustee consultancy and management, perfectly enable her to help sponsors reach their end goal, both quickly and smoothly.

With a career in pensions starting back in 2014, Davinder worked for a financial advisory firm; completing her certification in pensions administration, before moving into pension consultancy for companies including Mercer and more recently, Barnett Waddingham. Throughout her roles, Davinder has worked on pension schemes of all sizes, more specifically on tasks such as day-to-day management, through to manual calculations, and close working with actuarial teams.

Davinder’s path in pensions has seen her gain a whole wealth of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) experience; working on pension schemes of all sizes, from large corporates to those typically smaller and family-owned.

In her spare time, Davinder enjoys keeping fit and has recently taken up Pilates. She also loves spending time with her family and considers herself a bit of a foodie, with Thai and roast dinners ranking highly. Concerts and travel complete her interests, with Beyonce and Dubai being some of her more recent ventures!
