Tom joined Vidett in 2020. He is primarily responsible for ensuring the completion of scheme events throughout the year within their deadlines, managing and arranging client meetings and taking the minutes of meetings. He also manages the annual planners and risk registers of multiple pension schemes.

He began his pensions career in 2018 with XPS where he worked on a number of defined benefit (DB) and hybrid pension schemes as a pensions administrator.

Tom’s role with us has also involved: fact finding, providing recommendations on discretionary cases, responding to member queries and complaints and working closely with scheme advisers to ensure good governance.

Outside of work Tom is a hobbyist programmer and has developed several projects in Python, Typescript, and C#. He also enjoys working on 3D modelling and animation.
