Matt Riley

Matt began his pensions career in 2009 with Aon in a consultancy role, where he focused on providing defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes with secretarial and governance support.

More recently, Matt worked in house at Vodafone, providing governance support to Vodafone’s defined benefit and Master Trust arrangements. In this role, he oversaw the day to day service delivery of pension suppliers and advisers, ensuring services met regulatory, member and trustee expectations, and played an active role in developing and delivering initiatives to improve employee and member engagement.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and travelling whenever he gets the chance. He has a particular interest in photography and football and is a lifelong Manchester United fan.
