Tracey is responsible for assisting our professional trustees and scheme secretaries.
Background
Tracey started her pensions career with us in 2021, helping scheme managers with budgets, invoicing and trustee meeting management. She is now part of the Vidett governance team, assisting trustees by arranging meetings and papers, documenting actions and liaising with advisers to proactively monitor and ensure actions have been carried out.
Tracey was a personal assistant for over 20 years, prior to her time with Vidett. She organised meetings, arranged travel, produced presentations and supported staff. She was also involved in recruitment: placing adverts and organising interviews.
She also has experience as an office manager, where she was responsible for company accounts, paying wages, preparing invoices and filing VAT returns. Many of the skills and knowledge she gained has been transferrable to her roles within Vidett.
At the weekend, Tracey can be found on a rugby pitch watching her eldest son, or on a long walk if the weather is good!
Qualifications
RSA Communications in Business, General Certificate in Business Studies.
