Rudi Smith

Starting his career at Aon, Rudi was a generalist DB and DC adviser. He then took on the lead business development role for TPT retirement solutions, supporting charities and voluntary organisations in its multi-employer arrangements.

Rudi joined Willis Towers Watson in 2000, focusing primarily on DC advisory work for trustee and corporate clients. However, during that time he also took on wide variety of roles including leading its DB buy-out provider selection process, and founding and chairing and developing its automatic enrolment compliance support services to both employers and trustees.

In his own time, Rudi is a trustee of the Reading Advice Network – a charity that supports other charities in the region. When time permits, Rudi can also be found watching almost any sport in existence, as well as being a keen walker and cyclist!
