Jess’ career in pensions began with a large third party administrator. She later joined Evolve Pensions where she was responsible for the operational and governance renovation of a DC master trust, development of an innovative drawdown master trust and then led both through authorisation. Her role developed into Director of Strategy where she was responsible for strategic development and operational oversight.
It wasn’t long before Jess was appointed Head of Options Workplace Trust – where she provided leadership and operational expertise – as the scheme navigated operational challenges alongside a transition and wind up.
Outside of work, Jess can often be found attempting to avoid the many DIY chores she has by hiding with a good book or prizing her teenage children from screens to join her in her lifelong love of Formula 1 (always Ferrari!).
