Claire joined us in 2022 to support our clients with a broad range of outsourced and consultancy services. From pension scheme management, to governance and secretarial, to end game planning, board effectiveness and risk management; Claire plays a key role within business development, helping expand our client portfolio.

Previous to becoming part of our team, Claire worked for Barnett Waddingham, where she spent the first 15 years of her career. Originally joining them as a graduate actuary, Claire went to qualify as an actuary, before undertaking a lengthy secondment working with an in-house administration team for one of the UK’s largest pension schemes undertaking roles such as head of technical and head of risk and compliance.

With new skills and experience gained, Claire moved to Barnett Waddingham’s pension management team, where she went on to be a key driver of the team’s growth. Claire was also scheme secretary, carrying out Trustee Executive Services to a number of DB/DC schemes, ranging from £150 million to £3bn.

In her spare time, Claire volunteers at her children’s school and is a keen Leeds Rhinos supporter!
