Joining us in 2022, David is now an accredited professional trustee who is building up a portfolio of Trustee clients that are benefiting from the value that professional trustees can add, particularly as they reach maturity and consider their end game journey.

David started his pension career in 2011, when he became a trustee of the EDF Energy Pension Scheme and managed several projects, including implementing pensions auto-enrolment, delivering a company-wide pensions review programme and a covenant alignment exercise.

Previously, David worked at GSK in 2019 as a pensions project consultant where he managed several pension projects. These included: the transition of 3rd party administration activities for 50,000+ members, closure of defined benefit (DB) pension schemes, design of a GMP equalisation implementation approach and the set-up of a new defined contribution (DC) pension scheme (Master trust).

David takes a keen interest in all things sporting and musical. He enjoys watching live sport and running in Parkruns, as well as theatre going and singing in various choirs!
