Background
At Pinsent Masons (her previous employer), Nicci provided scheme management for clients with defined benefit, defined contribution and master trust arrangements. Her previous clients included £1billion+ schemes in the energy and financial services sectors.
As well as scheme management, Nicci has managed largescale pensions project on matters such as scheme merger/sectionalization (following a multi-jurisdictional corporate transaction), scheme administration transfer, buy-in and master trust transition.
Nicci’s previous role also saw her as a member of the Pinsent Masons’ ‘Spark Board’, tasked and directed by the company’s global board with considering and presenting its views and solutions on a number of advisory projects.
Married and mother to two adult sons, Nicci spends her spare time watching her eldest son play semi-pro football, marshaling at DP World Tour golf events (including the Ryder Cup!) or on the sidelines cheering on the netball club she is the chair of. She’s also a qualified swimming teacher, and in her youth, represented Kent in artistic swimming!
