Meet our Southern team
Based out of our Reading office, our Southern team includes members based in Reading, Bristol, Devon and beyond. Together, they ensure that our clients in the South get the attention they need, from people that understand the region.
Simon Lewis – regional lead
Simon joined us in 2020 and acts as a trustee, sole trustee and lead secretary on several schemes. As well as being Vidett South’s regional lead he’s also an active promoter of diversity in business and heads our internal equity, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) service line. He also sits on our governance service line and leads on the general code of practice.
As regional lead, Simon drives localised success by cultivating a positive work environment, managing resources and ensuring the team is engaged and performing well. Additionally, he oversees client satisfaction, develops new business opportunities and provides regular reports to our Senior Leadership team while sharing insights with other regional leads.
Whilst all Vidett’s services can be performed from anywhere in the UK, Vidett South is home to some of our PPF, governance and communications specialists, as well as many others.
