Vidett announce five new joiners to the team
We’re delighted to announce the strengthening of our team with five new appointments.
We continue to grow in response to increasing client demand, with our new hires expanding our expertise across governance, risk and compliance, trustee secretarial services, client delivery and operations. These new recruits help further strengthen our support for defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension schemes across the UK.
Ed Crowe joins as Head of Risk & Compliance
Ed Crowe leads our enterprise risk and compliance framework, bringing extensive experience from Intertek Group Plc in corporate governance, operational excellence, investigations and data protection.
Alongside strengthening our risk and compliance framework, he’ll be supporting consistent, scalable and audit-ready delivery for all of our clients.
Farid Nachif appointed as a Manager
Farid Nachif provides a wealth of experience across pension scheme governance, trustee secretarial services and operational delivery.
Beginning his career at The Pensions Regulator, Farid then moved into pension administration and more recently, governance, compliance and project delivery. Farid’s joining further strengthens our scheme governance and client delivery capabilities.
Nicci Wyborn joins as a Client Director
With more than 18 years’ experience across DB, DC and master trusts, Nicci Wyborn joins us from Pinsent Masons, where she managed large and complex clients and led projects including mergers, admin transfers, buy-ins and master trust migrations.
Her experience strengthens our capability in delivering complex governance and transformation projects.
Rudi Smith appointed as a Client Director
Bringing more than 30 years’ experience across DB and DC, Rudi Smith‘s career spans Aon, TPT Retirement Solutions and Willis Towers Watson; where he advised trustee and corporate clients on DC, provider selection and automatic enrolment.
His experience further elevates our client advisory capability.
Selena Laye joins the support team
Selena Laye joins as Team PA, assisting our Midlands team and wider UK operations.
Selena will be key in coordinating meetings, travel, CRM management and office admin, while managing our company’s engagement with the Association of Professional Pension Trustees (APPT) and the Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
