We’re delighted to welcome three new team members to the Vidett team:

Jess Rigby – Client Director

Ready to lead our administration and transition services. Jess will be supporting the development of the firm’s internal delivery framework and client offering. She brings extensive experience in defined contribution (DC) master trusts, governance and large-scale scheme transitions, including senior roles at Evolve Pensions where she led operational and governance transformation and supported Master Trust Authorisation. Jess has also chaired the PASA DC Working Group.

Matt Riley – Manager

Supporting governance, scheme secretarial and trustee services, communications and project delivery; Matt began his pensions career at Aon in 2009, providing governance and secretarial support to occupational pension schemes. He then moved in-house to Vodafone, where he supported DB and Master Trust governance, supplier oversight and member engagement initiatives.

Natalina Onofrio – Marketing Assistant

Rejoining Vidett as Marketing Assistant, Natalina’s focus will be on digital marketing, communications, analytics and copywriting. She originally joined Vidett on a fixed-term contract in 2024 before moving into a permanent role within the marketing team. A Marketing graduate, she combines academic training with early career experience in fast-paced hospitality environments.
