We’ve been celebrating our first anniversary as Vidett! The last year has been an exciting time for everyone involved and a period of huge achievement. Together, we’ve:
- Proved our team shares a strong focus on culture, collaborative teamwork and sharing knowledge.
- Got to know each other at two successful team days as well as local socials and virtual team sessions.
- Grown our team; recruiting over 40 great new staff.
- Won pitches together from the start, working on 25 new clients and over 60 new projects.
- Created a new regional structure to support our team, clients and partners, facilitated by Simon Lewis (Reading and South West), Tom Stockley (Midlands), Kate Leigh (North of England), Helen Beckinsale (London) and Nicola Paul (Scotland).
- Delivered strong growth, achieved operational integration and lived our values!
We’ve also been hosting our own local celebrations around the country, where we’ve caught up with almost 400 friends and colleagues. Check out some of the photos below!
