We were excited to host our Vidett team day last week, that saw us get together to collaborate and celebrate our achievements as a team.
The first part of the day saw us joined by Paul Mehra and Claire Graham from Strengthscope, who specialise in helping people recognise what their key work strengths are, that they can use to deliver better outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organisations. The interactive session saw everyone from the team discussing the strengths they had, and understanding how they can use them to to be their most inspired, authentic selves every day.
The second part of the day saw us concentrating on all the things we had achieved, what the future looks like, then drinks and nibbles.
Looking back at the event, our chief executive Wayne Phelan said:
“It was great to see so many of the team all under the same roof, as we celebrated the year to date. It’s been an exciting year, with lots more opportunities to come.”
