Nicola joined Vidett in 2022 and is a qualified actuary with over 30 years of industry experience. As the regional lead for Scotland, she manages a diverse portfolio of pension schemes ranging from £1 million to £1 billion. Nicola specializes in buy-ins, buy-outs, defined contribution (DC), funding negotiations, GMP equalisation and investment strategy.
As regional lead, Nicola drives localised success by cultivating a positive work environment, managing resources and ensuring the team is engaged and performing well. Additionally, she oversees client satisfaction, develops new business opportunities and provides regular reports to our Senior Leadership team while sharing insights with other regional leads.
Whilst all Vidett’s services can be performed from anywhere in the UK, Vidett Scotland is home to some of our DC, actuarial and governance specialists as well as many others.
