Tom Earl

Tom joined the team in 2023, bringing us over 10 years’ experience as a business development specialist in pensions, professional services and technology. His mission is to help our clients get maximum value from Vidett through understanding their business, people and goals to enable our team to be proactive and collaborative.

His passion lies in helping people achieve the outcomes they need; whether that’s finding solutions to clients’ business needs or helping his colleagues to develop and grow.

Tom started his business development career in 2013 as a bid and commercial analyst at CenturyLink. Since then, he has worked with business development teams at leading pensions organisations including Mercer, BDO, Buck, BESTrustees, and more recently KPMG, where he was a senior pursuit coach.

Outside of Vidett, Tom lives in Hampshire with his wife and their old English sheepdog. He’s also a big fan of stand-up comedy, cooking and surfing!
