defined benefit (DB) • defined contribution (DC)
pension scheme administration • pension scheme governance
Joining us in 2022, Sarah’s key responsibilities include the day-to-day management on several sole trustee clients, alongside supporting the sole trustee oversight committee.
Sarah’s career in pensions started in 1999 with the Bupa Pension Scheme, where she worked on the in-house pension scheme for over 19 years. Over this time, she worked in various roles, primarily centred around administration and governance.
Following this, Sarah was employed by Marks and Spencer’s, where she worked as a senior administrator, assisting with their pension scheme closure and transition to defined contribution (DC). Sarah then went onto a project-based role with The Kellogg’s Pension Scheme, which again saw her collaborating with a small in-house team to assist with their defined benefit (DB) scheme closure and transition to a DC Scheme.
Before her time with us, Sarah joined a third party administrator, Buck in 2019, in a projects team capacity, where she was responsible for a large portfolio of clients’ annual events and reporting.
In her spare time, Sarah is very sociable, so spends a lot of time with her friends and family. She also loves dancing and live music, so a good festival is never far away!
