Rich Ingham

Rich joined us in 2023. His responsibilities include providing governance and secretarial support to a range of clients, as well as assisting trustees with ongoing scheme management duties.

Rich began his pensions career in 2015 with JLT, working as a pensions administrator in a team working on insured DB schemes.

He joined the consulting team at JLT in 2016, initially as an associate consultant before becoming a consultant and client relationship manager. In his time at JLT, and latterly Mercer, Rich worked as a scheme secretary on JLT’s in-house pension scheme, ultimately assisting with the Scheme merger following Mercer’s acquisition. As a consultant, Rich worked with a portfolio of DB and hybrid clients, ranging in size from £5m to over £500m of assets.

A chairman, coach and player for his local hockey team, Rich also likes to keep fit, via walking his dog around Devon’s countryside, or going to the gym!
