Phil Williams

Background
During his time with Mercer, Phil worked primarily in actuarial consulting to both trustees and corporates covering all aspects of pension strategy (funding, investments, risk transfer and DC schemes). Recently he has also had a focus on governance roles and represented Mercer on the CBI Scotland council.
Phil is hardworking and loves helping clients to understand the complexities and challenges of pensions. He is always keen to help find the optimal solutions for clients and scheme members.
Outside work Phil is a keen golfer and road cyclist, and recently took up Taekwondo too!
Qualifications
Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics (BSc Hons), Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
