Mindaugas Pranaitis

Mindaugas joined us in 2022. He is responsible for supporting the technical manager as well as the Vidett team as a super-user of the technology we use, and plays a key role in getting new technology developed and rolled out. He creates websites for our pension scheme clients and internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, as well as supporting various other projects within the business.

Deciding to pursue his passion for information technology (IT) Mindaugas enrolled at Birkbeck University of London in 2018. After three years, he gained a foundation degree in web development and in 2023 obtained a bachelor’s degree in IT.

Mindaugas pursued an internship as a trainee web developer in 2020 at PolyDynamic UG, specialising in game and web development. He worked on e-commerce and websites projects including developing bespoke pages using AdobeXD designs, debugging and correcting website errors and performance issues, creating JavaScript and CSS animations and editing and embedding videos. He also supported the marketing manager on marketing plan execution to attract potential customers and researched new business opportunities.

In his personal life, Mindi enjoys spending time with his family, traveling the globe and cooking all the dishes he discovered in the countries he visited!
