Background
Joining us in 2016, Michelle bought over 20 years’ experience working in the pensions industry.
Michelle started her career in pensions as a trainee actuary for Mercer in London, before relocating to their Manchester offices to switch over to a consulting role.
With expertise in both consultation and technical areas, Michelle enjoys all aspects of her role, including: strategic journey planning, funding discussions, investment strategy reviews, member options exercises, communication strategies, PPF, buy ins and buy outs.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys walking in the Derbyshire hills and luckily has the beautiful Peak District on her doorstep. She also attends a local ballroom dancing group, Strictly eat your heart out… not!
Qualifications
Associate member of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI).
