Ieuan joined the team in April 2025 as a Manager, bringing a wealth of expertise in pension governance, scheme management, and administration. In his new role, Ieuan focuses on developing tailored solutions for clients, ensuring efficient project delivery, and fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration.

Background

Ieuan’s career journey began at Wandsworth Borough Council as a trainee pensions officer. Over the years, he honed his skills in the large active world of local government pension administration, before moving on to Barnett Waddingham.

At Barnett Waddingham, Ieuan developed his secretarial and governance skills, progressing through roles of increasing responsibility and made significant contributions, particularly in project management, client relationship development, and team leadership. These roles saw Ieuan overseeing complex projects, such as administration transitions and pension dashboard readiness, to managing multi-billion-pound client portfolios. He also helped drive diversity, equity, and inclusion by chairing the DEI and Wellbeing Committee and participating in company-wide initiatives focused on social mobility.

To date, Ieuan is a committee member for the North-East region of the Pension Management Institute (PMI). He also dedicates time to mentoring colleagues and engaging in activities that promote an inclusive and supportive community.

Outside of work, Ieuan enjoys pursuing his creative side through fine art sculpture, a passion nurtured during his university days.
