Françoise provides vital business support to our Co-CEO and the wider Vidett team.

Background

Françoise joined us in 2020 and has been a key member of the support team ever since, expertly choreographing calm through commotion! Whether it’s scheduling epic team events, orchestrating strategy sessions, or simply taming email avalanches – She is the queen of coordination, the whisperer of deadlines, and the guardian of seamless communication. Together with her multitasking magic, she helps keep the Co-CEO dream team soaring to new heights, whilst making sure every day is a symphony of success!

Beginning her career in pensions as an office junior with a local family run company called Jacobs Insurance Brokers, Françoise also worked at Smith & Williamson (now known as Evelyn Partners), initially as a junior corporate benefits administrator, before being promoted to a senior pensions administrator. A a move into secretarial/PA services awaited, where supported the director of the private pension client team from 2013.

Outside of work, Françoise enjoys her quiet time practicing her faith, which gives her the best start to the day. When not spending time with her family, she loves listening and dancing to Contemporary Gospel and Christian Rap/Hip-hop music!
