Joining us in 2023, Claire bought a wide range of skills including communication skills, attention to detail, strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Claire’s career in pensions started at the Northamptonshire County Council, where she was their pensions lead, before moving to the West Northamptonshire County Council in the same capacity. She then became the pensions lead for LGSS, where she led the team responsible for all the employer administrative duties, ensuring their statutory responsibilities were met.
More recently, Claire worked at Taylor Wimpey as a pensions specialist. Her role saw her carrying out the pension scheme governance and secretarial responsibilities for the £2bn+ scheme, as well as managing the scheme’s stakeholder pension scheme and their master trust arrangement. She also looked after their external administrators and third-party providers, alongside managing the budget, and all aspects of scheme maintenance (including pension payroll processes and financial reconciliations).
Away from work, Claire enjoys cooking and baking… with a chocolate Oreo cake being her best bake yet. She also loves music, keeping fit, spa days and sunny holidays!
