Alison looks after the governance and BAU on several schemes, as well as providing her trustee directors with continuous, invaluable support.

Background

Alison joined us in June 2021, bringing with her many strengths, including both excellent organisational and project management skills. Her day to day responsibilities include all aspects of governance, secretarial and resolving member issues.

She has worked both in-house and for pension advisory firms, with previous employers including Mercer, KPMG, Thomas Cook and Buck, earning over 20 years of experience in the pensions industry,

Alison is professionally skilled in administration of defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) schemes, guaranteed minimum pension (GMP) rectification, buy-ins, employee benefits design and pension scheme benefit audits.

In her spare time, Alison enjoys netball and running and hanging out with her family and friends. She volunteers once a month for the Mad Dog Street Project; a local homeless project, cooking around 50 meals a month that go out to the needy in Manchester.
