Taiwo Sobowale

Joining us in June 2024, Taiwo’s career in recruitment started with the translation company – LanguageLine Solutions – as an OPI recruitment coordinator, which saw her managing candidates, providing reporting to management and arranging training and mentoring for the team.

Taiwo then joined the Davies Group in 2017. In just short of seven years with the professional services company, she worked in operations and administration, before progressing to HR administrator. This role in particular saw her touching on all aspects of her HR expertise, fostering a positive workplace environment, and supporting the company to meet its organizational goals.

Outside of work, Taiwo has many interests, including Anime, video games and comic books. When time allows, she also enjoys getting creative through painting by numbers, and listening to music – with gospel, K-Pop and afro-beats sitting high on her playlist!
