Sam joined us in 2023, bringing with him a fresh outlook on marketing, alongside a keen interest in copywriting.
His role sees him utilising the skills he learnt from his master’s degree in creative writing, as well as supporting the team with creativity and design, in a range of marketing, business development and communications activities.
Prior to joining us, Sam worked as a social sport coordinator at the University of Exeter. The role saw him developing, marketing and delivering new sporting programmes, to both students and community members from under-represented groups.
Outside of work, Sam is a trainer enthusiast – with over 30 pairs and counting! He also enjoys flexing his creative writing skills, as well as coaching football and watching Reading FC’s men’s and women’s teams!
