communications • defined benefit (DB) • pension scheme administration
pension scheme governance • project management • risk transfer

Natalie joined us in 2019 and helps co-ordinate our day-to-day project work, including various governance tasks, for a range of clients.

Background

Natalie began her pensions career in 2008 with Cable & Wireless Pension Trustees Ltd as a Trainee Pensions Administrator where she worked on their Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension arrangements.

In 2009, Natalie moved to Broadstone as a pensions administrator, before being promoted to senior pensions administrator and then Team Leader. Her duties included managing a portfolio of clients, communicating with scheme members and ensuring compliance with pension regulations. Her wealth of experience and excellent project management skills saw Natalie become the lead on their largest administration client.

After spending ten years at Broadstone, Natalie went on to join Vidett (then 20-20 Trustees) in 2019. Her responsibilities include working on trustee clients, managing client relationships and liaising with scheme service providers. She regularly attends internal and external calls, as well as being a key member of our Endgame Solutions team.

Outside of work, Natalie is an avid musical fan, so loves going to the theatre with her husband and two boys. She is also partial to a day out, so can be regularly found exploring the National Trust’s venues, parks and museums.
