Kerry is an experienced professional trustee, specialising in defined benefit (DB) Schemes, risk transfer projects, as well as pension protection fund (PPF), pension protection fund plus (PPF+) projects.

Background

Kerry joined us in 2010, having previously built a good base knowledge in DB pensions administration. With 13 years’ experience in trusteeship, Kerry is now an accredited trustee. Her responsibilities as our associate director include chairing calls, being lead trustee on several buy-ins and buy-outs, negotiations with sponsors, consulting on PPF+ schemes, day to day BAU Trustee duties, networking and new business.

Beginning her pensions career with Accenture in 2006 Kerry worked on the BT final salary scheme. She then joined Capita as a pensions administrator working on a range of final salary schemes.

Kerry has experience as a volunteer advisor for The Pensions Regulator (TPR) and has also sat on the Association of Professional Pension Trustees’ (APPT) Diversity & Inclusion committee. Kerry sees her job as bringing people together to achieve outcomes, which requires her to be personable and be able to see issues from different viewpoints.

In her spare time, Kerry enjoys yoga and has done different retreats and courses, including in Sri Lanka, to help deepen her practice and knowledge.
