Kathryn Nugent

Kathryn’s path to Vidett has seen her building up a wide range of skills and expertise since finishing her degree. During her studies she gained many of her design strengths including attention to detail, which she later used in roles in construction, property investment and property management; whilst developing administration skills of the highest level.

Then, with her head turned towards a new industry, Kathryn began studying towards her Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualifications, which paved the way for her to excel in HR.

Kathryn began her HR career as an HR Assistant at JourneyHR. It was here that she provided general HR services to clients across multiple industries. Within this role she was able to develop a broad skillset, whilst gaining valuable insights into a number of different HR practices.

Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys Irish dancing, keeping fit, reading, and getting creative through art and embroidery. She also loves spending time outdoors, often going for walks to enjoy nature, and is also kept busy with her pet tortoise, Hodor, and her cat, Monty!
