Jeremy Hill

Client Director

adviser reviews • employee benefits design • healthcare trusts • pension scheme governance • health and wellbeing management

Jeremy joined in March 2025, and leads our developing approach to healthcare trusts, both as trustee and in relation to supporting the governance of healthcare trusts.

Background

After originally qualifying as a pensions actuary and briefly holding a Scheme Actuary certificate, Jeremy has had a varied career, spanning multinational employee benefits, risk financing, governance, health and wellbeing. He continues to carry out independent consulting in these areas alongside his focus at Vidett on health trusts.

In his role at Standard Chartered Bank until 2023, he was global Head of Pensions & Benefits and then Head of Wellbeing, as well as being Chair of the Health Trust and having responsibility for the Bank’s global captive insurance company, supporting the benefits and wellbeing of some 85,000 employees and their dependants. Prior to that he worked at the large benefit consulting firms, providing advice to multinational clients of all sizes, across a full range of benefits.

Outside of work, Jeremy leads an active lifestyle. He sings tenor in a London-based chamber choir. He’s a Scottish country dancer (including teaching it and serving on the Board of the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society), enjoys ballroom dancing and volunteers for a local waterways experience charity. Happily, he enjoys all of these with his wife and two adult children.
