Background
Curtis joined us in 2012 and has extensive experience of running pension schemes as the lead pensions executive or independent trustee. He has recently been involved in 3 risk transfer projects, leading the clients through from buy-in to wind-up. Curtis has also taken on the lead role to two schemes managed by a common corporate trustee, leading various projects including adviser reviews, administration transition, a member website build and deployment as well as developing the governance materials.
He started his pensions career in 2011 dealing with the Financial Assistance Scheme, transferring a number of complex schemes over to FAS.
Curtis was previously involved in the creation of electronic board meeting packs and implementation of electronic communications for us.
Outside of work, Curtis’ interests include Motorsport, Karting, Running, Cycling, and anything that involves watching his children learn and develop!
Qualifications
Accredited Professional Trustee (PTPMI), PMI Diploma in Retirement Provision, Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI). Prize winner in three Pensions Management Institute papers – ‘Retail Investment and Personal Taxation’, ‘Professional and Governance’ and ‘Running a Workplace Pension Scheme’.
