Cheryl joined us in 2023, where her responsibilities include setting up the Vidett HR function and working with employees and managers to help support them to deliver on their business goals and career aspirations.
Cheryl began her HR career in 2008, which has seen her work in the recruitment, pharmaceutical and property industries. Duties have included the full remit of generalist HR work including organisational design, performance and talent management, employee relations, learning and development, reward and organisational effectiveness including ED&I.
Prior to joining us, Cheryl worked at Grosvenor from 2012, where her most recent role was as a Senior HR Business Partner. It’s here she worked with Senior Leaders and their teams to help deliver their business goals through their people.
Outside of work, Cheryl enjoys getting outdoors and walking in the countryside, good food and spending time with friends and family.
Qualifications
Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Undergraduate Degree in Management Sciences.
