In episode one of our reimagined series, you’ll meet our new host, client director Clare Routledge, as she orchestrates the discussion on last year’s £30 million buy-in for The Retreat York Pension Scheme (a not for profit charitable organisation helping people with mental health needs), with very special guests:
- Duncan Willsher (Client Director, Vidett) who acted as the sole trustee to the scheme;
- Adam Davis (Managing Director, K3 Advisory) who was the lead adviser on the transaction;
- Andrea Mendham (Partner, K3 Advisory) who manages their buy-in to buy-out services; and
- Baljit Khatra (BPA Origination Lead, Royal London) who lead the transaction from the insurer side.
