Client directors Caroline Eastwood and Aimee Denham were recently on the line-up for the Reward & Employee Benefits Association (REBA)’s Future of Pensions Summit; running their workshop on ‘New thinking for DC – using governance to drive value & engagement’.

Commenting on the London event, Caroline said: “Engagement remains the biggest challenge for schemes of all sizes. We’ve really noticed the focus shift to decumulation, and the support needed by members – and just who should be providing that support. It was great to be involved in a content rich day, with other discussions including how to engage with the younger Gen Z employees, as well as bridging the generational gap!”
