The Vidett Vikings returned to the seas, as Helen Beckinsale, Duncan Willsher and Martin Collins were amongst the 120 participants taking part in Cosan Consulting’s annual charity regatta.

Taking place in Lymington, the day started with breakfast rolls before the teams met their skippers and fellow sea-mates onboard their yachts, before competing in two separate races across the Solent. An amazing day concluded with well-earned drinks for all involved, before Capita were confirmed as the 2024 champions; winning a donation of £1,750 for their chosen charity!

Reflecting on the day, Helen said: “We work together as advisers and trustees frequently, however it’s not often you have the opportunity to come together and try something a little different. Today showed how adaptable we all can be, and how much fun we can have along the way; helming, jibing and tacking to achieve something great… which we did!”
