Gwen joined Vidett in 2023 as part of the governance team. She assists our scheme secretaries by arranging meetings and papers, documenting actions and liaising with advisers to proactively monitor and ensure actions have been carried out.

Her career in pensions began after completing her studies for a BSc in Economics, where she started working automatic enrolment at Capita. She worked directly with The Pensions Regulator on a range of secretarial work and project support, before joining Aon Hewitt as a guaranteed minimum pension (GMP) analyst. It’s here she gained exposure in various GMP rectification projects.

Gwen took a gap year to explore South East Asia and Australia, where she spent a year living and working on a vineyard and as a restaurant supervisor. The experience helped expand her horizons; making her more mindful of other people’s cultures and values.

In her spare time, Gwen enjoys perfecting her home DIY skills, going to the gym and practicing yoga… where she’s training to be an instructor!
