Angela is responsible for ensuring that Vidett runs effectively with good corporate governance, compliance, risk management, operational processes and controls in place. She also acts as our data protection officer, and anti-bribery & corruption officer.
Background
Angela offers over 20 years’ experience in financial services across pensions, asset management, investment management, wealth management, insurance and commercial and retail banking. She also brings provider-side pension experience in GPP and Master Trusts, through her previous roles at Prudential and Scottish Widows.
Angela brings a broad range of experience and business acumen across a many disciplines, including strategy, operations, distribution, finance, business transformation; as well as risk and compliance & audit, all of which she uses in my current role at Vidett.
In her five to nine life, Angela can be found walking her very active dog, making cakes (and trying not to eat them), and travelling as much as possible across Europe and South Africa!
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (FCMA, CGMA), Chartered Governance Professional and Company Secretary (FCG), Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Securities & Investments (FCIS), Associate of the Personal Finance Society (APFS), CFA Diploma in ESG Investing and Investment Management Certificate, MBA.
